Leadership and community system

Organizing leadership, communities, territory, activities and goals, and listening to people's concerns in a structured way. Know before you transform.

The project with El Profe represents one of Asaulia’s new lines of work: organizing leadership and community systems.

The context

The need goes beyond having a public presence. There is a need to organize leadership, communities, territory, activities and goals. The purpose is to help structure a form of leadership with the capacity to know, listen, organize and act.

The logic

It starts from something fundamental: know before you transform. To transform a reality, you first have to know it. That is why the system sets out to let people’s concerns be heard and organized in a more structured way.

What gets built

Instead of scattered information, isolated conversations or activities with no follow-up, the work builds a structure where communities, leaders, representatives, territories, activities and goals can all be organized. That gives teams a clearer view of what is happening and lets them define actions that match the needs they identify.

The system covers the management of leaders, communities, territories, activities, events and team goals. Activities become a source of information: an event or a field day is more than something that happened — it shows who took part, what was heard, which needs came up and what has to be done next.

In this way, Asaulia helps turn a complex human structure into one that can be managed in a more orderly way.
